Holland’s Theory of Career Choice are determined the interaction of personality and the
environment. It focusses in choosing a career and prefer jobs. They study the
environments that will use the skills, abilities, expressing the attitudes and values.
to Jones L. (2019).
This study identified the Holland’s Theory that can be used in this study divided into 4
different factors- (1) Ideal Job (2) Environmental Factor (3) Opportunities (4) Personal
Factor.
Ideal Job
The process of choosing a career path regarding to the education and training for a
given job. Finding ideal job that brings satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment and
interpersonal relationships that enjoy trial and error to actual work. The key is to define
exactly the ideal career or job. A choice signifies the completion of some actions,
successful steps and attainment of a career as the final outcome of choosing a job. It
has four (4) personnel-management functions first the Career planning is important to
plan for the career that people want and capable to do. Second is Selection means
selecting or choosing among the career choice ought to be. Next is training, is important
in order to valuate and develop the chosen career. And lastly, the professional
Environment
Career can be defined as the choices made subsequently that influences occupation
and job. It is traditionally seen as course or progress through life and successive
situations that make a person’s work life according to Abouchedid (2007). Student’s
choice of career is start while in junior high going to senior high. Environment of the
students includes the family, peer group, school, religious organization and to a large
extent in the society which people belong. It is also pertaining to the patterns of social
economic opportunities created by man for the use of mankind according to O Tope
(2018).

Personal Factor
Personality is another important factor in career choice. Choosing the major that fit in
their personality type. This factor may affect in choosing and finding their job. It includes
personality type, interest, life role, gender and influencing factor. It is also called Trait
Factor that was considering your skills and abilities and how they fit the particular
occupation come out on career development fields. This factor implies the occupational
profiles for a specific job and matching individuals to occupations by identifying the level
