Original Bank Draft (if applicable). Write Admission Form Number on the back side of bank draft
2. two attested copies of your National ID Card (if applicable) -OR-
Two attested copies of (NADRA) B-Form
3. Copy of your father's / guardian's National ID Card (required)
4. Four Photographs
(Two paste at given space & two enclose with Admission Form attested from back side with blue back
ground)
5. Attested copy of Matriculation or equivalent Marks Sheet OR Certificate
6. Four attested copies of Intermediate or equivalent Marks Sheet/ Result Card or equivalent along with one
attested copy of Certificate
7. Four attested copies of Bachelor's Detail Marks Certificate (DMC)/ Result Card/Final Transcript with all
parts/years/semester-wise or equivalent that are official, readable, legible & complete along with one attested
copy of Degree
8. Candidate having ‘O’ level / ‘A’ level / Foreign degree is required to submit equivalence from IBCC /
HEC if applicable
9. Candidate’s Hand writing sample page
Note: Foreign diploma/degree holder students are required to submit its equivalence from the concerning authority i.e.
IBCC/HEC. Moreover, documents mentioned in above check list must be clear, readable and complete. University may
acquire any other document(s) to determine admission eligibility , if required.
I, solemnly declare that: I shall pursue only one program at a time at VU and shall not enroll or appear in a program of
some other recognized intuitions/universities during period of study at VU. However University may obtain official
record(s) from any Board / educational Institution / University I have previously attended / qualified examination.
