Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Good relationships are also often necessary if I hope to develop my career.
Overall, we all want to work with people we're on good terms with. Some daily
lifestyle habits obstruct the process of getting to the peak of my career. These
lifestyle choices I am trying to replace with new ones. I have open mind to
opportunities and expand my professional horizons. A growth mindset allows from
professional challenges and obtain a higher level of excellence in my work. Figure
out what my way is, declare professional independence, and go for it. I’ll be glad I
did because I will stop whining and complaining. I begin taking personal
responsibility for myself, my life and my career about What I really want to do, and
where I want to do it.

Feeling safe, stable, and secure is central to our health and wellbeing. When weI
feel safe, I find it easier to relax, do all the things that comfort me, and focus on the
work. I have enjoyed a professional life rich in variety. Each of these professions
contributes to my view of the world. My professional interes as a primary aspect
the acquisition of experience that allow me to acende positions inside a company
through the participation of a job plan of growth, in addition to this joins the need to
improve my profesional level to be eligible for better benefits to the future. To be
competent I need to be able to interpret the situation in the context and to have a
repertoire of possible actions to take and have trained in the possible actions in the
repertoire acording my skills, knowledge and attributes that are specifically valued
by my professional career. Now my job allowed me to strengthen my skill sets.
They were very encouraging for me and they always was willing to help me in
anyway possible to focus on and develop my professional learning in particular
areas of my interest and/ or expertise and gain recognition for enhancing my
knowledge, understanding and practice.

The money is the biggest benefit is quite obvious but I find myself in a passionless
career but unable to pursue my true goals for fear of financial instability. What
makes it even harder is that mine is a great job that many strive for. Now my
balance is working more, but spending my time on the things I love to do.
