This position is responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of
all HR services, policies and program for business. Also responsible for development and
implementation of procedures and processes aimed at ensuring high standard of delivery and
continuous improvement of the service.
He/she will be part of the HR Leadership team and work with the Head HR / Surat
Centre Head to define & execute the HR strategy for the corporate organization.
Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze,
scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR
interventions.
Be an active mentor and coach for senior management on people and business
practices. Coach Manager’s on people management and HR challenges
Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance
employee satisfaction.
Develop and nurture professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and
senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy for Surat Location.
Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. (
Governance tool)
Collaborate with Training Academy team (L&D team) and business in identifying
training needs. Responsible for tracking the effectiveness of training programs and
suggest stake holders for improvisation.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations
issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
