Muhammad Farhan is a Human Resources Business and Organizational Development Professional with a track

conducting a job analysis and validating them through Org carts & cross functional team discussions. Determine
and define the compensable factors Establish the worth of each job (job evaluation) using Point Plan
Methodology. Assign salary ranges and design a pay structure to ensure internal, external and individual equity.
