There are two types of vitamins; fat soluble and water soluble vitamins.

Fat soluble vitamins is


covered in 2017 paper. Water soluble vitamins include B-complex and Vitamin C. B-complex
include B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. Unlike fat soluble vitamins, water soluble vitamins
don’t stay for a long period of time in the body therefore they are required on a regular basis.
