0 Introduction

1.1 Overview of the Current State of Technology

Nowadays it’s hard to find affordable and secure boarding house for student
(mostly freshman) and employees that is near to their school and working place. A
boarding house that customer can check first, make reservation and assurance that the
boarding house is credited. The boarding house application with reservation will help
users to find easily their boarding house according to their ideal and their capacity. Our
system is has an interactive program that users can find their perspective boarding
house with details and allow user to make reservation. All boarding house listed or
posted in the app is credited in the Commission of Boarding House of Iloilo to assure the
customer safety. Boarding house owner allow to direct renewal of their certificate to
operate and other transaction in the Commission of Boarding House of Iloilo by using
the application.

Mostly existing application in the market is only for bigger company like hotels,
apartment, resort and etc. Some is just only a finder application. Student or employee
can’t use that application if they want budgeting home that they can stay for a month or
more. Our app can show only boarding house around in the province of Iloilo because of
limited access of source data and the amount of data storage.

 1.2.2 Specific Objective

A. To design an interactive interface where the customer can see all listed
boarding house near on the GPS (Global Positioning System) of the phone.
The customer can see all the boarding house information, details (fill by
the boarding house owner), overview and location. Details like pricing,
bed spacer or not, number of bed, gender specification, free access to
necessity needs (water, electricity, WIFI, etc.), and more. Also customer
can made a reservation of their desire boarding house by sign up to
application.

code that allow them to promote their property. Where owner can put all
