Laboratory Exam

Objective of the Study:

To measure the satisfaction rate of IT students to the computer laboratories of the
University of Mindanao.

A survey questionnaire was conducted to 30 respondents using the computer laboratories.

The qualitative variables in this survey are the are the satisfaction rate of students to the “Computer
Laboratories” (which are categorized as follows – VERY SATISFIED, SATISFIED, NEUTRAL,
UNSATISFIED and VERY UNSATISFIED) and the sex of the respondents.

MEASURES OF CENTRAL TENDENCY

Create two descriptive statistics for the age of the respondents and the satisfaction rate of students
on the computer laboratories of the University of Mindanao and 2 graphical summaries for the age
of the respondents and the satisfaction rate of students.

OVERALL ANALYSIS STATEMENT:

Based on my own analysis and from the gathered data from the students, the rate that the
computer got from the IT students lean more to the neutral side and satisfied side.

Having a percentage of over 75% (Neutral, Satisfied, and Very Satisfied) the students is likely
satisfied with the computer laboratories of the university, disregarding the neutral answers from the
students, the researcher can still conclude that the students are still satisfied 11:6 in favor to the
satisfied students.
