Purpose of the study: studying and comparison of electrolytic indicators at patients with various
forms with an erythroderma on purpose identification of disturbance of electrolytic balance.
Material and methods: The research base was made by 18 patients with an erythroderma
undergoing inspections and treatment on the basis of dermatologic department of GBUZ
Lenobltsentr of specialized types of a medical care St. Petersburg from 2013 for 2017. Among 17
patients there were 12 men and 5 women. Indicators of electrolytic changes (Сa2+, Na, Cl, K,
Results: All patients were divided on the basis of the anamnesis, a clinical picture, histological
and immunohistochemical analyses into 4 groups. At all groups of patients disturbances of
electrolytic balance became perceptible. In the first group of patients with a psoriatic
erythroderma among electrolytic disturbances were taped depression of level of a calcium
100% (n=6/6), and sodium augmentations 16,6% (n=1,6), the level of a Na, Cl, K, Mg were
normal. In the second group of patients with an atopic erythroderma also disturbance of
electrolytic balance in a look depression of level of a calcium 100% (n=5/5), in too time the level
of sodium became perceptible, potassium and chlorine were within norm. In the third group of
patients, with an erythroderma caused by reception of drugs paid attention also depression of
level of a calcium in bloods 100% (n=4/4) and slight increase of sodium 25% (n=1/4). Other
electrolytes (Na, Cl, K, Mg) remained within norm. At patients of the fourth group (n=2)
depression of level of a calcium didn't become perceptible, other electrolyts ( Na, Cl, K, Mg)
were normal.
Conclusion: Our results mean that disturbance of electrolytic balance at patients with an
erythroderma, namely depression of a calcium (Ca2+) in all clinical cases, is possibly bound to a
hyperactivation (disturbance) of hemikanals of connexins and invade of Ca2 + into the cells.
Well-timed disturbance of electrolytic balance of identification guarantee of successfully begun
therapy in addition to specific treatment.
