Copying in the same email is our vendor/supplier in Singapore , James Lim from Trim Systems that is

certified to carry out the scope for the chamber recertification.

On the work flow , I suggest the following scope be carried out by Dialog

1. Blasting , painting of both main and back up chamber

2. Blasting , painting , NDT , Load testing of 20” offshore rated container

Once both chambers have been stripped , blasted and re-coated , our side will take over the job to
carry out the following scope.

1. Viewport supply along with certificate , installation/replacement

2. O’ring for med lock , doors supply along with installation / replacement
3. Hydrotesting at overpressure (5-year testing)
4. Gas Leak pressure testing (2.5 year testing)
5. Report D-023 Cert pack.

Before we proceed further , I suggest we request the following clarification from client:

1. Is this system classed or required for classification society to witness. If it is , please advice
the classification society.
2. If it’s not classed , please advise the approved third party as required by client.
3. Please advice will the fees for both class or approved third party inspector be included
under our scope or will be dealt directly by client.
4. Please advise if there any tubing , penetrators etc to be replaced and hydrotested.
5. Please advise if there are any electrical , communication equipment and its fittings , that will
be required for replacement / testing or servicing.
6. Please advise if there any pressure / depth gauges , valves , fittings on the control panel or
any part of the pipe work that require calibration or hydrotesting.
7. The paint scheme required for the coating.
8. Servicing / Replacement of O2 and CO2 analysers
