Password Portal
Instructions
GENERAL INFORMATION
The password portal instructions may be utilized by all Event Network Team Members to manage their
passwords to access Event Network resources such as Mye|ngine, email, and computer terminals.

1. Utilize this address to access the portal: https://reset.eventnetwork.com/pm/


a. Note: This portal may only be accessed on the e|n network. All users must be
accessing via a store location with a VPN or MPLS connection, at one of the SSC offices,
or connected via GP-VPN.
b. Note: Utilize the ‘Help’ link at the bottom right corner of the screen to access additional
site navigation information.

ENROLL IN PASSWORD RESET PORTAL


1. Click on the ‘Enroll’ link.

2. Enter the username into the ‘Account Name’ field and current password into the password
field, then select ‘Next’.
a. Note that the ‘Domain’ field should always be ENHQ.

3. Set up four Identity Verification Questions, then select ‘Next’.

4. A notification will appear that the enrollment was successful. The Team Member will then be
prompted to reset his/her password or to return to the ‘Home’ screen.

PASSWORD RESET
1. Click on the ‘Password Reset’ link.

2. Enter the username into the ‘Account Name’ field, then select ‘Next’.
a. Note that the ‘Domain’ field should always be ‘ENHQ’.

3. The Team Member will be prompted to successfully answer two of their chosen Identity
Verification Questions, then select ‘Next’.

4. Create the new password utilizing the following criteria, then select ‘Proceed’.
a. Password does not contain all or part of the user name
b. Is at least eight characters in length
c. Contains characters from at least three of the below categories:
i. English uppercase letters (A…Z)
ii. English lowercase letters (a…z)
iii. Numerical characters (0…9)
iv. Non-alphanumeric characters (!, #, @, $, %)

5. A notification will appear that the password reset was successful. The Team Member will then
be prompted to return to the ‘Home’ screen.

UNLOCK ACCOUNT
1. Click on the ‘Unlock Account’ link.

2. Enter the username into the ‘Account Name’ field, then select ‘Next’.
a. Note that the ‘Domain’ field should always be ‘ENHQ’.

3. The Team Member will be prompted to successfully answer two of their chosen Identity
Verification Questions, then select ‘Next’.

4. A notification will appear that the account was successfully unlocked. The Team Member will
then be prompted to return to the ‘Home’ screen.

CHANGE PASSWORD
1. Click on the ‘Change Password’ link.

2. Enter the username in the ‘Account Name’ field, and enter the current password into the ‘Old
Password’ field. Create and confirm new password utilizing the criteria below, then select
‘Next’.
a. Password does not contain all or part of the user name
b. Is at least eight characters in length
c. Contains characters from at least three of the below categories:
i. English uppercase letters (A…Z)
ii. English lowercase letters (a…z)
iii. Numerical characters (0…9)
iv. Non-alphanumeric characters (!, #, @, $, %)

3. A notification will appear that the password was successfully changed. The Team Member will
then be prompted to return to the ‘Home’ screen.
