In broad outline, the drinks can be grouped into two major groups: 1. non-
alcoholic beverages 2. Alcoholic beverages non-alcoholic beverages and non-
alcoholic.
Drinks can be divided into several types: a. mineral water. b. Juice c.
Natural essences d. A soft drink. Mineral water mineral water is obtained from
springs in the soil of the earth, and sometimes contains gas. This mineral water is
colorless and odorless, mineral water should be stored in cold rooms and also
drink it cold. Examples of mineral water are: Aqua, Ades etc. b. Fruit All fruits
and vegetables can be used by squeezing the juice to get the water. Examples juice
grapefruit juice, grape juice, tomato juice, pineapple juice, papaya juice, carrot
juice and so on. To keep the juice is still good and fresh, it should be stored in a
cool room temperature (10 C). The juice should be drunk fresh and cool, and in
many cases used as mixing ingredients to make a mixed drink (cocktail). c.
Natural cider What is meant by a natural extract is an extract obtained from the
plant without any mixture of preservatives and generally can drink. For example:
