DRINK

Drink is a substance which is a liquid that is stored in a bundle. Types of


beverage containers can be in the form of bottles, cans, glass / glass and paper.

1. Smooth digestive system

addition, if you regularly consume water would cleanse the digestive tract.

By consuming water will help in maintaining the health of your skin. So that the
skin will be more youthful and fresh look. This is because the person who
consumes the water will help remove toxins in his body. Usually feces excreted
through sweat and urine. For the start by keeping the skin to a more youthful.
3. Prevent heart disease
If you regularly consume healthy drinks like water. Certainly can prevent heart
disease. It has been proved from American studies that say that people who
consume five cups of water each day. Will help in lowering the risk of heart
disease. Thus you can begin to consume water regularly from now on.
4. Removing toxins in the body
is a good idea when you start to regularly consume water. By consuming water
regularly will help to remove toxins in the body. So the body will be healthier and
fitter. Additionally, it will help avoid some of the dangerous disease for example
gout, diabetes, stroke, heart disease and many other dangerous diseases.
5. Lose weight
Many people find it difficult when you lose weight. However there is one
practical way that is often overlooked by others. The way it is consuming water
regularly. Consuming water can be done routinely because of the weight loss
process. This is because the healthy drinks such as water can help the body shed
fat.

In broad outline, the drinks can be grouped into two major groups: 1. non-
alcoholic beverages 2. Alcoholic beverages non-alcoholic beverages and non-
alcoholic.
Drinks can be divided into several types: a. mineral water. b. Juice c.
Natural essences d. A soft drink. Mineral water mineral water is obtained from
springs in the soil of the earth, and sometimes contains gas. This mineral water is
colorless and odorless, mineral water should be stored in cold rooms and also
drink it cold. Examples of mineral water are: Aqua, Ades etc. b. Fruit All fruits
and vegetables can be used by squeezing the juice to get the water. Examples juice
grapefruit juice, grape juice, tomato juice, pineapple juice, papaya juice, carrot
juice and so on. To keep the juice is still good and fresh, it should be stored in a
cool room temperature (10 C). The juice should be drunk fresh and cool, and in
many cases used as mixing ingredients to make a mixed drink (cocktail). c.
