RESUMEN

El presente proyecto de investigación metodológica de estudio de caso, de tipo descriptivo,


formula un plan de intervención para un paciente (hombre adulto) con sintomatología y
diagnóstico del Trastorno Obsesivo Compulsivo-TOC, el cual actualmente presenta una
alteración de su sintomatología obsesiva-compulsiva luego de presentar una inestabilidad
emocional ante un duelo familiar por el fallecimiento de su madre, mediante la elaboración
de un examen mental e implementación de técnicas terapéuticas pertenecientes a las terapias
de tercera generación junto con la intervención de terapias de aceptación y compromiso
teniendo como fin favorecer la calidad de vida del paciente. Objetivo: Favorecer la calidad
de vida del paciente a través de la terapia de aceptación y compromiso. Materiales y
métodos: Esta investigación consiste en llegar a conocer las situaciones, costumbres y
actitudes predominantes del paciente a través de la descripción y análisis funcional del caso.
Primero se realizará la recolección de datos cualitativos que facilita el análisis detallado del
comportamiento y actitudes del paciente, luego se recogen los datos sobre la base de una
hipótesis, que se expone de manera cuidadosa, para luego analizar minuciosamente los
resultados, a fin de extraer las generalizaciones significativas que contribuyan al
conocimiento Resultados: La intervención psicológica se planea realizar en el consultorio
psicológico del politécnico Grancolombiano, con una sección por semana, los días martes a
las 2pm, durante 5, máximo 7 sesiones de 45 minutos cada una, donde en cada una de las
sesiones se cumplen los objetivos y al final de las sesiones se observa y se retroalimenta
Conclusiones: de acuerdo al plan de tratamiento que se planteó se cumplieron los objetivos
establecidos con el paciente y a su vez se determinar la eficacia de las técnicas de tercera
generación

ABSTRACT

The present project of methodological research of case study, of descriptive type, formulates
an intervention plan for a patient (adult man) with symptomatology and diagnosis of
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder-OCD, which currently presents an alteration of his
obsessive-compulsive symptomatology after presenting an emotional instability before a
