BAT - HR Meet

Greetings from BAJA SAEINDIA 2020 – HR Team!!!

Like every year, we have started the process of data collection from teams and guidelines for the same have been shared
for better clarity. Teams are advised to read the guidelines before filling up the HR details in the form.

TEAM DATA COLLECTION


1. All the teams must download the BAT Data Collection Sheet from BAJA SAEINDIA Forum and the guidelines below
will help you understand how to fill the form.
2. Ensure you fill the form accurately because it will be used as a reference for further processes of Team
registration, HR data and other events of BAJA SAEINDIA 2020.
3. All the data submitted by the teams through the form will be final and cannot be modified once the due date of
submission is over.
4. In case the team faces any issues, they are requested to raise a query in BAJA Forum for resolution. Do not
assume anything.
5. After filling the form, teams must save and rename the form as <Team ID>_BAT.xlsx and email the form to
bajasaeindiacommunications@saeindia.org keeping subject of mail as <Team ID>_BAT DATA
6. Also, teams can contact their Alumni for any informal help, or support to understand the process.

HR MEET / BAT Shortlist


1. The data collected will be used to shortlist and publish the final list of selected candidates for BAJA APTITUDE
TEST to be held on
• Pithampur event 22nd Jan’2020.
• Punjab event 5th Mar’2020.
2. BAT Selection criteria and other details will be released along with the shortlisting announcements. Hence teams
are requested not to raise any query asking for Cut off marks / percentages.
3. Email ID and Contact No. provided by team will be used for any future communications.
Hence all the team members are requested to fill the form with utmost accuracy and care.
4. Any submission received after the Due Date of submission will be rejected and the team will not be considered
for BAT or HR Meet at the main event.

Documents to be carried by SELECTED / SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR BAT 2019:

1. Updated CV– 4copies


2. Passport sized photographs– 4copies.
3. Original copies/duly self-attested Xerox copies of their mark sheets- 2sets
4. SAEINDIA Membership Card & College identity card – MANDATORY
5. Note: If College ID is lost or not available during the event, a letter from the College stating the proof that the
participant is a part of the institution.
6. If SAE Membership card is lost or not available during the event, duplicate ID must be requested from SAEINDIA
Chennai Office and produced by the member during the Main event.

BAT Shortlisting will be done as per the data received from teams.
No additions/corrections will be entertained.

HR Data Form Filling Guidelines
Data filling process:

1. All the teams must download the BAT Data Collection Sheet from BAJA SAEINDIA Forum
2. Once you open the sheet, enter the team ID

Form Submission Once the team has filled the complete form, they are requested to verify the data before
submission. If the data is verified and accurately filled, teams must send the form via mail
with the, following guidelines-

• Once submission is done, team will not be able to edit any data.
• If team is not able to submit the form within the deadline, their data will not be
collected and will not be included in the BAT Shortlisting process or HR Meet.
