APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02-2019

AN ORDINANCE RE- APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS
(PHP 10,450.00) FOR THE GRANT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) OF BARANGAY COUNCIL
FROM THE PS SAVINGS (UNIFORM OF BARANGAY COUNCIL(PHP 2,050.00), TANOD INSURANCE (PHP
5,600.00), MONETIZATION OF LEAVE CREDIT (PHP 2,800.00).

Be enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay that:

SECTION 1- That the amount of Ten Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 10,450.00) is
hereby appropriated for the grant of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) of Barangay Council the
PS Savings ( Uniform of Barangay Council (Php 2,050.00), Tanod Insurance (Php 5,600.00),
Monetization of Leave Credit (Php 2,800.00)

SECTION 2- The Barangay Treasurer is hereby directed to prepare the necessary Supplemental
Budget.

SECTION 3- The aforementioned supplemental budget in the amount of Ten Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty Pesos is hereby appropriated for the grant of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) of
Barangay Council the PS Savings ( Uniform of Barangay Council (Php 2,050.00), Tanod Insurance
(Php 5,600.00), Monetization of Leave Credit (Php 2,800.00)

SECTION 4- This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.

SECTION 5- Let copies of Appropriation Ordinance be forwarded to the Sangguniang Panlungsod

for their review and approval.

BARANGAY RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS
(PHP 10,450.00) FOR THE GRANT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) OF BARANGAY COUNCIL
FOR THE PS SAVINGS CIRCULAR N0. 2019-6 DATED DECEMBER 9, 2019

WHEREAS, in due recognition to the Barangay Council’s hard works and dedication to public
service, a Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) is hereby granted.

WHEREAS, on motion moved by Barangay Kagawad Nelson L. Fusilero Sr., Committee Chairman
on Social Services and duly seconded by all.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Barangay Officials concerned shall prepare the necessary papers/
documents for the immediate withdrawal at the same;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this Resolution be submitted for the approval and reference of the
Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City Mayor, San Fernando, La Union as well as for the
Officials concerned.

Minutes of the meeting:

* Peoples day celebration will be celebrated on December 23, 2019 at the LUNHS Auditorium which will
be attended by the BHW workers on December 18, 2019 and the Barangay Tanod on December 23, 2019 .

* One day training Workshop for the adoption of reasonable regulatory fees and charges using the LFC
Toolkit will be attended by the Barangay Treasurer.

* Green Ribbon Award 2019 will be on December 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM. This will be for all Brgy. in the
City of San Fernando. This is a Barangay Competitions.

* World Aids Day was celebrated last December 1, 2019 and was attended by the Committee Chairman on
Health, BHW, BNS, BSPO and GAY Committee.

* Barangay Treasurer opens to the quorum about the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) under the Budget
Circular No. 2019-6 Dated December 9, 2019. Where our Barangay will re-appropriated the amount of Ten
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 10,450.00) from our PS Savings as follows;

Uniform of Barangay Council- Php 2,050.00

Tanod Insurance- Php 5,600.00
Monetization of Leave Credits- Php 2,800.00

Other matters:

* This Christmas celebration preparation which will be on December 21, 2019

* The Purchase of nutritious foods for the BCPC.
