1 Cable Tray
At Cabel Tray Grab Crane Panel found
the cable tray is not fully covered.
Please repair to avoid dust, animal and
water come inside the cable tray.

2 Lifting Adjustable Resistors

At Lifting Adjustable Resistors ifound
the cover is bent and opened. Please
replace or repair the cover to avoid
dust, animal, and water come inside
the box.

3 Conduit Cable
In many equipment found that conduit
cable not yet installed. Please install
the conduit to protect the cable.
4 Cable Tray
In all place found that the cable tray is
not covered at all cable track, its will
make the cable is damage. Please
repair this cable tray.

5 Cable Tray
Please fully covered the cable track
with cable tray to avoid the cable
damage causing the moving part of
the motor.

6 Motor Induction
Please cleaning the body and the
environment of the motor.

7 Conduit
Please install the conduit cable for all
elbow to protect the cable.
8 Cable Tray
Please install the cable tray above the
control panel for protect the cable.

9 Cable
In all area found the cable is untidy
condition. Please repair this condition.

10 Cleaning All Area

Please Clean all cable tray and control
panel from dust and nest. Make sure
the cover is fully covered all area.
11 Hole in Control Panel
Please cover all hole in the bottom of
the control panel to avoid animal,
water and dust get inside. Use
fireproof matter or compound cable

12 Limit Switch
Please repair all limit switch
(corrosion) and use conduit cable to
protect the control cable.
13 Limit Switch
Please repair limit switch before
touching the edge of the track (for
safety)

14 Please Check and change limit switch

broken.

15 Cable
In all area found the cable control is
untidy condition. Please repair this
condition.
16 AC
Please, clean the air conditioner and
tidy condition.

17 Panel
Please change, or repair the panel
door.

For all panel electrical please instal

grounding bar, and conec to gronding
system plant ( for saftry)

18 Limit switch
Please change the limit switch.
