• Implementation outside Metro Manila will be charged of transportation, meal and

accommodation per day.

• Implementation will only cover the services mentioned in the project document.

• System customization is an additional service and must be specified in the project

document.

• Reminder for software subscription renewal will be sent 30 days before the termination date.

• Non-renewal/non-payment of software subscription may lead to temporary locking of

account until payment is made.

Hardware Terms & Condi=ons

Delivery of Equipment

Equipment will be delivered on the Implementation date FREE of charge within Metro
Manila. Courier rate will apply for delivery outside Metro Manila.

Lead Time: Seven (7) to fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Purchase Order and down
payment. Subject to product availability.

In case of check payment, lead time will start after bank clearing.

Warranty of Equipment

Includes one year warranty on parts and services. Excluding Thermal Printer Head.

Return Policy of Equipment

Return of equipment is only applicable to wrong delivery or defective unit.

Terms of Payment

This is a one-time payment and plan is renewable.

Mode of Payment: Cash/Check/Bank Deposit

* For CHECK payments - must be cleared by our bank before implementation

Payable to: Dataflex Inc.

Price Protec=on Validity: Nov. 31, 2019

Cancella=on of Order: All orders are FINAL and NON-CANCELLABLE. In the event that the
customer cancel the order, either FULL or PARTIAL cancellation, penalty charge of 30% applies.
