1.2. INTRODUCTION

1.2.1 Background

RKD’s Engineering Consultancy is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm in the field

of engineering registered on 2073 B.S. (2016 A.D.) under the Government of Nepal.
It comprises with a group of dynamic, energetic, and dedicated engineers. NSEC is
an efficiently managed and equipped civil engineering consultancy providing
professional services and technical assistance.

Nepal is a developing country, there are lots of potentialities of development and we

are certainly rich in natural resources. There is only lack of highly skilled technical
manpower for the rapid development activities of the country like Nepal. In this
context, RKD’s has the ability to provide highly reliable technical knowledge in
order to contribute to the development activities with in the country with experts.

This consulting firm mostly involved in the field of preliminary survey, feasibility
study, detailed survey, planning, designing, supervision, valuation of public and
private land & buildings, and management of the projects with all engineering fields
& valuation as well as other properties.
The primary concern of the consulting firm is to provide professional services of the
highest quality to our clients who include government, semi-government, non-
government, and private sectors.

RKD’s gives high priorities on Professional ethics, high standard, timely

performance, cost effectiveness, quality assurance, and satisfaction of client.
