MANNA SA CARAGA VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

VISION

A model community of faithful homestead farmers creating a semi-diversified rural economy that is
dynamic, technologically advanced and internationally competitive yet representative of God’s pattern
of the earth made new. Its transformation and growth is guided by the sound practices of resource
sustainability, the principles of social justice and humility, and strong faithful community member
participation.

MISSION

To help and empower the farming communities within our reach to produce enough food for
their households and more for a decent income enabling them to live the good life this beautiful
earth can give.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe that the earth is given to us by God “to subdue” and “tend well”. It is therefore our
philosophy to tend and till the ground with great care, make it productive to its fullest potential
yet considering the environmental health and equity for all stakeholders.
