1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 General
PT Mitra Ekatama Expertech (MEET) is committed to preventing workplace
accidents and occupational diseases as well as environmental pollution, therefore
drafted this procedure in order to be a guideline for all employees to do the job.
Before doing the work, it is necessary to constantly remind the safety talk and
increase safety awareness for all workers.
1.2 Scope of Work

Upgrading Control System of Clay Stacker P11 Citeureup PT.INDOCEMENT

TUNGGAL PRAKARSA This project include thisbelow items.
1.3 General responsibilities

• Director is responsible for setting and reviewing for compliance.

• Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining this procedure is
applied.
• Leader / Engineer / Supervisor is responsible for implementing and ensuring the
procedure is applied by workers in the field.

2. WORK ACTIVITY

Pre-Start Checks :

Material preparation and check all equipment prior to use . Never use equipment
that is defective or damaged.

Sequence Of Work

1. INSTALLATION PIPE CONDUIT, CAMERA AND WIFI

 PIPE CONDUIT E25 ( 20 Meter )
 CAMERA FIKS OUTDOOR ( 4 Set )
 WIFI ( 2 Set )

Method
 Fabrication support for Pipe Conduit,Camera and Wifi near the container
(PT.MEET workshop)
 Pipe conduit, Camera and Wifi installed in the Storage of the Clay P11, must
use scaffolding with height of 10 meters (light duty225kg), scaffolding
design attached

Safety Precaution
 Mandatory PPE and extra welding apron,welding mask must be use
 During the Fabrication and welding, must have provide the extinguishers
 Welder must be certificate Kemenaker certificate attached
 Using full body Harnes with absorber and double lanyard, 1,5 meters
 Safety inspector and supervisor full present on site during the activities

2. PULLING CABLES POWER 220V AND COMMUNICATION

- Cable Power 220V NYY - 3x2.5mm2
- Fiber Optic Cable 12 Core Multimode Armour
- Ethernet Cable
- Termination

Method
- The delivered cable must be good treated
- Cable reelslaid on truck vertically with hard surface and blocked with steel then
tied to the truck using sling. So that the flange will not sink
- After arrived on site near the Storage of the Clay P11, cable reels rolled slowly in
the direction, indicated by an arrow pointed on the flange of the cable reels.
During cable reels rolled, must use wedges/blocker,made from steel with height
150 mm

Reels rolled toward the sloping board until ground. The height of truck to ground
is 1 meter
- The cable reels settled on jacks by using spindle through the central hole of the
reel.
- Pulling cable Comunication from Storage of Clay P11 through cable tray/ladder
in the cable thunnel (worker platform on walkway in the cable thunnel and beside
400𝑘𝑔
cable ladder existing) , with 400 kg of weight and 200 meters of length( 200𝑚 =

2kg/m)
- Take off Cable communication in Storage of clay P11 then pulled to CCP P11
through the existing cable tray, approximately 200 m
- If the pulling cable is complete for fiber optic, terminate the fiber optic
- For Fiber Optic Pulling and Termination Finish (Ready for test)
- Pulling cable power 220v from Storage of clay P11 to Panel UPS in Subtation
LSS2 P11, approximately 100 m (must use scaffolding with height of 6 meters
(light duty225kg), scaffolding attached)
- If the pulling cable is complete for power cable 220V, terminate the power cable
(Ready to test)
- Pulling cable ethernet from camera to wifi in Storage of clay P11, approximately
40 m (must use scaffolding with height of 10 meters (light duty225kg),
scaffolding attached)

- If the pulling cable is complete for ethernet cable, terminate the ethernet cable
(Ready to test)
- Finish for Pulling Cable

Safety precaution:
 Mandatory PPE must be use
 LOTOTO must be use
 Using full body harness with absorber and double lanyard 1,5 M
 Scaffolder must be certified by Kemenaker , certificate attached
 Safety inspector and supervisor full present on site during the activities

3. DISMANLE AND WIRING

- Dismantling of wiring panel existing
- Installing of new wiring panel existing
- Accessories (Cable Duck, Label,Ties, etc )

Method
 Prepare Tools
 Dismantling of wiring panel existing in the cabin stacker at Storage of clay
P11, only control system (PLC and Power supply for PLC)
 Installing of new wiring panel existing in the cabin stacker at Storage of
clay P11, only control system (PLC, Power supply for PLC and addtional
HMI).
 If wiring has finished, check for each voltage using a multi tester
 Ready for test

4. PROGRAMMING

Method :
 Discussion with Plant 11 People
 Configuration and programming are done at PT.MEET workshop by enginer
 If the configuration and programming have been completed, the enginer will
download the program in the existing panel at Cabin Storage of Clay P11
 Ready for commissioning

5. TESTING AND COMMISIONING

- FAT using checklist from supplier
- Testing
- Commisioning

Method
• Gain any permits to work, contractor passes and/or sign into site to meet with the
clients and be made aware of site procedures.

• All operatives will wear at all times necessary safety/protective clothing, (eg
overalls, safety hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, safety boots and ear
defenders).

• Ensure that electrical power supply is available and connect any required extension
leads to the working area
