I / We am/are the members of society own a said flat in the society premises / I/we have purchased the said flat

against said flat and request you to issue NOC to this effect in the specified format to them. Further
1. Confirm that I/We have not applied / sanctioned any other loan against the said flat / I / we would like to shift

2. Allow me/us to create mortgage of said flat in the favour of said lender.
3. I/We have not been issued share certificate by the society / I/We have issued a share

objection for your sending original share certificate to the said lender / bank and providing copy of the same to
me/us for our record. We undertake to deliver the original share certificate to the lender / bank if handover to
me/us.

4. I /We assure that the said flat is not subject to any encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind whatsoever and
the entire flat is free and marketable / The said flat is mortgage with _ _ __ _ __ _ __ _ __ _ __ _ __ _

7. I/We undertake not to transfer, assign, sell off / cancel or in any other way / manner deal with the said flat
prejudicial to the interest of the aforesaid mortgagee and I/ we will not add any name in the share certificate
