In subjected project as per schedule B, PQC is to be provided from km 0/000 to lffn 371900 md from krn
431100 to 44/760 (39.560 km) and Overlay is to be provided from lan 37/9a0 to km 431100 (5.200lffn).
Bodwad town is situated from lan 39.840 to lmr 41.500 on this NH, where fieatnent of Overlay is
proposed in EPC contract. Hon. local MLA and local MP are demanding provision of PQC in place of
overlay in length passing through Bodwad town.
On this road Level crossing of Bhusawal Nagpur railway line is exist at kn 4416oo of NH 753 L.
Now PWD is consfructing ROB in lieu of Level crossing of Bhusawal Nagpur railway line at lsn 4416oo
on this NH 753 L. The approaches of ROB meeting to NH 753 L atfun 42/380 and at l<rr- 44/760. As per
guidelines of Railway deparhnent, after completion of ROB existing Level crossing will be closed and
then road length from km 421380 to krn 441760 will be used only by local tralfic.
This issue was discussed during visit of Superintending Engineer MSRDC and yourself on l7/IZ/2019.
Accordingly as per demand of Hon. Local MLA and local MP and field situation it is recommended that
PQC in le,ngth from lan 431100 to km 441760 (1.660 km) is to be shifted to krn 39.840 to lsn 41.500 and
over lay to be shifted from lan 39.M0 to km 41.500 (1.660 h) to lan 431100 totur 44/760 (1.660 lan).
By this way overall length of PQC and Overlay re,main sane. EPC confiactor is also submitted his
concrursnce to above by letter under ref.
It is requested to issue approval in this regard so that EPC contractor will prepare fresh P&P oflon 39.840
to lm 41.500 immediately
This is for necessary action please.
