LOG BOOK USER GUIDE

Instructions the use of log book:


1. The log book must be submitted to the supervisor for evaluated and verified at least
once a week.
2. The log book should be brought together every time a meetings and discussions with
the supervisor for verification purposes.
3. The log book must be submitted to the supervisor together with the Final Project Report
for evaluation.

LOG BOOK FORMAT

1. Information to be included in the log book of the student project implementation


activities.
2. Students are required to record the activities and tasks throughout the week.
3. Students are required to detailing all the planning in the space Project Progress Report
in line with the plan set out in the Gantt Chart.
4. Students should indicate the actual achievements or current status of the project in the
spaces provided.
5. Section Proposed Assignments to be filled by students with stating the relevant proposal
as improvements to the project.
6. The supervisors must give a comments or feedback on each assignment undertaken by
students.
