The retirement for govt&psu employment shall be fixed for a specific position for

which who appointed with specific period subject to a maximum of 5 years as against
the life term of the employee. In such term who would expertise and shall compete for
higher position if eligible shall be reappointed duly appeared for the eligibility exam for
that relevant post in common pool along with this expertise marks who scored in the
position as fixed by govt. In private employment, the responsibility is always
sharpening whereas in govt. it goes to zero comparing to when who got an appointment.
Why the retirement from appointment to his life upto 58 or 60 years by scratching the
seat only because who got the appointment in the govt?. Huge amount collected from
poor goes for employment benefits of govt. employees. The same work done by two
persons face partiality in the society only because one who got the limited postings of
govt. who get more, Whereas the private employees only take more seriousness in the
job nature and get less. This disparity is to be removed from the society by the govt. For
this, the only action is in govt. the retirement must be based on the position for which
who appointed for a term, when who reached the term, he could obtained much
experience and pay for survival and future expansion of his life. If so appointed the
govt. vacancies will exists always. The eligible person only will got job opportunity for
his eligible life term. The bribes will reduce much more and may reach zero level. More
people will get opportunity of getting jobs relevant to his fitness. The unwanted people
may go for business with the govt. worked experience and earnings. The employment
working hour rate must be equel with govt. and private employment, may govt. reduce
the pay or the govt. may order to pay equal rate with govt. to private employees and
thereby may try to remove the economic disparity in the society. Please consider and
analyse.
