Attendance Regulation

•Week Off : As per your Reporting Manager

Salary And Bank Account


Salary Cycle
•Salary cycle is from 1st to 30th of the month
•Salary disburse will be on 5th of every month
•By cheque or credit in salary account or NEFT in your personal saving account
Salary Account
•Salary accounts will be open in ICICI bank & DBS Bank. In case an employee has an existing bank
account the same account will be continued or else an account will be opened post completion of
the documentation
Performance Appraisal
•As per the recommendation provided by the Reporting Manager
Leave Policy

• Leave calendar - January to December

• Leave entitlement 21days to be earned on monthly basis

• Entitlement would be 2 days leaves from Jan to Sep and 1 days leave from Oct to Dec

• Leaves can be availed with prior approval of your Reporting Manager

Provident Fund (PF)
•PF is mandatory to all
•Existing PF can be withdrawn or transferred as per the Employee’s wish

ESIC {If applicable}


•Existing ESIC no. can be shared and the same Insurance no. will be continued
with Calibehr

•If not we will generate the ESIC no. post submission of first salary and ESIC
Temporary Insurance card will be provided

•Employee can visit to local hospital or dispensaries along with ESIC TIC and
register themselves to avail the ESIC benefits.
THE EMPLOYEE’S STATE INSURANCE ACT (ESIC)
COVERAGE:
The ESI Act is applicable to all such establishments employing 10 or more employees in receipt of gross wages not
exceeding Rs. 21000/- per month.

CONTRIBUTION:
1. Employees’ Contribution – 1.75% of the Wages
2. Employers’ Contribution – 4.75% of the Wages
TOTAL - 6.5% of the Wages

ESIC Process
Employee, Spouse, Kids, Parents and siblings below 18 years of age are covered in ESIC

ESIC No. will reflect in your salary slip after your second month salary

The ESIC TIC form once received from the employer has to be registered. Please visit nearest ESIC Branch
office along with your family members with their Aadhar Cards for one time registration process.

Post registration ESIC benefits can be availed in any ESIC Dispensary cashless.

In case of employee meeting with any accident, he or she can avail treatment in a nearby hospital and the
accident information has to be passed on to the employer and ESIC Office within 2 days. ESIC officials may or
may not allow the injured to continue her treatment in the admitted private hospital. If permitted to continue
the treatment, all expenses will be reimbursed by ESIC. If not permitted, he or she may have to continue their
treatment with ESI hospital only.

Only after receiving the authorization from ESIC, medical aid can be continued in a private hospital and the
expenses can be later reimbursed from ESIC.
GPA Policy: Employees are covered under Group Personal Accident Policy

Sum Assured: Rs 1 Lakh

Coverage scope: Self

GPA (Group Personal Accident) Policy does not reimburse hospitalisation expenses.
The scope of coverage is as specified below:
Exit Formality
• 15 days notice period during Probation Period of 6 months

• One month post completing 6 months tenure

• Signed copy of resignation letter needs to be submitted to Reporting Manager

• Reporting manager will submit the resignation letter to HR for further process

• Handover of document / assets / submission of vouchers / advance and


completion of exit formality

• Employee need to fill and submit Exit form to Calibehr on his last working day
Employee Code of Conduct
•Employees are supposed to report to duty on time
•Should not use language or actions which are offensive or profane
•Violation of any rule, regulation or statute or other legal enactment applicable to the
•employees is subject to termination of the contract / employment.
•Leaves should be approved and authorized by Supervisors in advance. Non adherence of the same would attract
strict action.
•SLA will entail the Roles & Responsibilities for the employee and are supposed to be adhered to.
•Hair should be combed neatly
•Shave daily if not keeping a beard
•Trim the moustache and beard regularly
•Clipped and clean finger nails
•Chewing paan, tobacco or smoking in the office premises is prohibited
•Visible body tattoos and body piercing should be avoided
•Bright, gaudy, fluorescent colored clothes should be avoided
Dress Code
•Men :
• Should wear Full-sleeved shirts.
•At all times, shirts should be fully buttoned and tucked-in.
•Sleeves should not be rolled up during business hours.
•Wearing clean and polished shoes is mandatory.
•Wrinkled or un-pressed clothes should be avoided.

•Ladies :
•Saree, Salwar-Kameez or Formal Western.
•Excessively tight attire, deep necklines or mini skirts should
be avoided.
•Footwear should be clean and well polished. Fancy
footwear should be avoided.
