 Where are we?
Construction of Gas Processing Jambaran Tiung Biru is located in Gayam,
Bojonegoro.

 How and why do we get here?

We can go to the location of the project by car from branch office PT. Swadaya
Cipta, Gresik. To get to the location of the project this is the route we can
choose from maps. There are three routes can we use, but we choose the
fastest route.

Why we get there? Because we want to complete this project until 100%.

2. Set objectives
 Is this where we want to be?
Gas processing Jambaran Tiung Biru has an area ±200ha, will be
completed in 2021 at Rp. 3.771.905.000.000,00.

 Where would we like to be?

In two years.

• The progress up to the construction of the

building area.

• The Progress up to the construction of the

piperack area.

• The progress up to the construction of the

equipment area.

3. List alternative strategies

 Where will we go if we continue as before?

This project applies the precast method which has often been used on
previous projects. If we use this methods, the project will be completed
100% and faster.

 Is that where we want to go?

Yes we want to go 100% until the project completed.

 How could we get to where we want to go?

By reaching targets on time at every job, prepare experienced workers,
and do checks on every job.

4. List threats and oppurtunities

 What might prevent us from getting there?

- Whether
On November in Bojonegoro there are often wind and rain storms,
that's why a lot of work is delayed and overtime can't be done.

 What might help us to get there?

- Carry out overtime when the weather is good on some work that has
been delayed the previous day.
- Add some workers to the work that is delay.
- Create a new implementation schedule that can reach the target.

 Where are we capable of going?

Development project is expected to be completed 100% on time and not
overbudget and loss
 What do we need to take us where we want to
go?
For projects to run on target and schedule. Then some precautions,
namely:
• Estimate the rain schedule, to know when it is time to carry out
potentially obstructed work items.
• Using mixed materials to accelerate the process of hardening of
concrete.
• Maximize the execution time of the project, especially in hours that often
do not rain e.g. doing overtime in the evening when the rain often falls on a
day.

Of the above 2 methods and also consideration of the rainy weather the
more effective method used is precast method.

 What do we need to do?

 The required of precast methods are:
• Suitable machine
• Need a large area for implementation and maintenance
• Requires expert in precast field.
When do we need?
Precast method is used when the required time is very limited and when
the required specification is very high
 How will we do it?
Precast beam installation on the project uses a wet connection with the
column that is ready to be given mortar first to be bound. Then done
grouting, or adding adhesive on the column.
 Who will do it?
• Those working are the workers of the sub contractors. While checking is
a quality control.

8. Monitor and Control?

 Are you on course? If not why?
• For the time being not yet a delay, only a minor error occurred on the
foundry, but did not result in delays
 What do we need to do to be on course?
• More thorough and better understand in order not to happen errors in the
work. Because a bit of a mistake can be a big impact on other jobs.
Can we do it?
• Yes we can, because every day have been done the Toolbox meeting, in
order to know the delay and will be immediately replaced on that day as
well.
