In this (2,500) words report the students will select an organization on their own and describe
how this organization has implemented OB practices that have strengthened the organization.
They will also look at how the organization has innovated and improved on these practices as
well as point out specific areas where further development is still needed.
The field report is intended to sharpen a student’s ability to observe individuals and teams,
diagnose causes, propose and evaluate application of concepts, theories and practices for human
resource and organizational development. The report will also link strategies to systems,
structures and behaviors that enable or hinder the organization from achieving its desired results.

**This report will carry a weight of 15% in your overall grade and it will be evaluated in the
following areas:
(i) Quality of the report -> 50% (ii) Presentation -> 25% (iii) Contribution to
the project -> 25%
**Attach a picture (the manager with the group members) and the visiting card of the manager
whom you have interviewed along with the printed report.
Report length: Typed (12 point Times New Roman font, 1½ line spacing) 18-20 pages/2500
words mentioning all sources used to collect information.
