CONTRACT OF APPRENTICESHIP

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is entered into by and between

______________________________METALCRAFT, a firm duly

organized and registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with
principal office address at ___________________________, South Cotabato,
herein represented by _______________________, proprietor and general
manager, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of
___________________, South Cotabato, hereinafter known as the FIRST
PARTY, and

3. ___________________________________, Filipino, of legal age,

hereinafter known as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

1. The SECOND PARTY will work as apprentices by the FIRST

PARTY as part of the labor force of the latter to supply the
necessary services/labor to whomever be the Principal of the
FIRST PARTY as a manpower entity;

2. As such, the SECOND PARTY will receive a wage from the FIRST
PARTY for the amount mandated by the Labor Code on
Apprenticeship.

3. The work/assignment of the SECOND PARTY will be under the

supervision and control of the FIRST PARTY to achieve efficiency
in work and for the protection and welfare of the SECOND PARTY;

4. The SECOND PARTY oblige themselves to follow and comply all

rules and regulations, policies and instructions of the management
and/or the FIRST PARTY;

The SECOND PARTY will only become a regular workers/employees of the

FIRST PARTY if they meet the standard of work required for by the FIRST
PARTY to its employees for the specific job the FIRST PARTY is
assigned/contracted for and after compliance with the requirements of the Labor
Code of the Philippines and other existing laws;

 5. Conflicts and other labor problems which may arise between the
FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY shall be addressed to
and/or settled in the grievance committee in accordance with the
Labor Code of the Philippines;

6. This contract of employment may be terminated by either party

following the procedural and substantial requisites of the Labor
Code of the Philippines and other existing laws of the state;

7. Pertinent provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines are

deemed part and parcel of this contract and will supply those not
herein written;

8. FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY will comply this contract of

employment in good faith.
