RESOLUTION NO. 073–2013

A RESOLUTION DECLARING HON. VOLTAIRE T. GAZMIN, SECRETARY OF THE

DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, AS A DISTINGUISHED “ADOPTED SON”
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Jose, Batangas is very much grateful as it recognizes the numerous help
and assistance extended to the residents and the municipality as a whole;

WHEREAS, the Municipality could have not attained its present development and status if it were not of the
unselfish heart, unreserved efforts and ready hand of Hon. Voltaire T. Gazmin;

WHEREAS, this recognition should be given to the humanitarian effort of non-residents of San Jose, Batangas
who have shown profound concern and contributed so much to uplift the well-being of residents of the municipality
and Hon. Voltaire T. Gazmin, with his selfless work to help this town, transcends blood relation and residency, truly
embodying the heart of a true San Josenian;

SO THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Rizaldy H. Kalalo and concurred into by all Members present, resolve to
approve as it is hereby approved, to declare Hon. Voltaire T. Gazmin, Secretary of the Department of National
Defense as distinguished Adopted Son of the Municipality of San Jose, Batangas.

RESOLVED FINALLY that copies of this resolution be provided to parties with interest hereon.

I hereby certify that the above resolution is an excerpt from the minutes of the 21st Regular Session of the
Sangguniang Bayan of San Jose, Batangas and that the same is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
