9. Wherever the item is excluded from vendor scope, temporary spool pieces are to be provided
for easy replacement of spools with actual item. Noted
10. Pipe supports with clamps are to be provided wherever necessary. Noted
11. Vendor to provide counter flanges with gaskets and bolts&nuts at the skid battery limits. We
need to arrive this scope very clearly , Please give your inputs on this.

12. For pipe thickness and other details, please refer PMS 11A & 21A enclosed.
13. For vents, drains and pressure instrument connections details, please refer Drg. No. 4-38101-
02488, Rev.01
14. For Welding, Inspection &Testing of piping, please refer Doc. No. GT 57124, Rev.03
15. Hydro test shall be conducted for pumps and piping & valves at a pressure of 1.5 times of the
design pressure.
16. Painting :
a) Surface preparation to SSPC-SP3/Power tool cleaning
b) Primer: 1 coat of Red Oxide Zinc Phosphate Primer(Alkyd base) to IS 12744, DFT: 30
microns
c) Finish coat: 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint(Long oil Alkyd) to IS 2932, DFT : 20
microns/coat
d) Total DFT : 70 microns (Minimum)

The following items are excluded from the vendor scope.

1. All PIs, PTs, DPTs shown in the P&ID.

2. Control valve with Tag no. LO 11 (LOPCV).
3. Pump inlet strainers with Tag no. L001A/B ( Supplier GA
enclosed). Noted and We don't consider any instruments in
our scope.
4. 1. CAF gaskets are not accepted. Spiral wound gaskets are to be provided.
