INTRODUCTION

“An Organization is an entity comprising multiple people, such as an


institution or an association, that has a particular purpose”
The trading done in the automobile industry is one of the crucial and important in the industrial
world and being but it will also bring success to the nation as the revenue and the empowerment
increases which will lead to a good economies of scale. In India especially which respect to the
two wheelers there is a boom in automobile industry.

In India the auto trade is one of the most important industry which helps in the contribution of
the increase in the GDP of our country. The auto trade is said to be contributing in GDP account
for 7.1 percentages, among which the two wheeler plays a major part is dominating. The main
motive for the increase in the two-wheeler is that there is an increase in young population and
also there is increase in the middle class population. Due to the low price of the two wheelers the
demand for this also increase and the middle class population is also increasing due to more
empowerment. This shows that is a continuous growth within the automobile industry in India.

Automobile is mostly the second most important venture made, after the home. The simple and
classy adding together to your character has a smart history and makes person for reading. The
cars on the road today are the products of dependable series, from horse-drawn carts to modern
day automobiles. The primary function has been conveying commuter, with the help of a built-in
motor or engine. The use of these on the road for magnificent is controlled mostly to the rich,
who can afford the burn-out of fuel for a light-hearted excess. Automobiles or motor-cars are
designed to seat for one and eight people.

The beginning of usage of automobile dated back four thousand years ago when people learned
to use wheel for transportation. People during that period used carts made of wood. Then with
the beginning of Iron Age, people mastered themselves and started using vehicles made of
metals and these vehicles are strong and can carry heavy loads. Then with the air of technology
blowing the world they started developing vehicles that can run by power source.

IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY


The present study focuses on studying the marketing strategies adopted by Apple Auto Agency
in the current global scenario, evaluating the effectiveness of their strategies by analysing the
impact on consumer and to suggest the strategies for the for better competitive edge in the
potential market Bangalore.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM


How Apple Auto Agency Pvt Ltd satisfies its customers, with all the other competitors around
such as TVS, KTM, Honda, Bajaj, Hero motor corps etc... How effective is their marketing
strategy and its application of the 4P’s which are the rotating wheels of any marketing
organization, and its effectiveness towards the sale of the 2 wheeler vehicles what is their USP
and which marketing mix is not being taken care of and the customers satisfaction towards the
sales and their after sales services that makes the customer stick with apple auto agency in such a
competitive environment at Banashankari.
