We’ve worked hard to ensure the Thomas Hub is really easy to use, and that you can get
everything you need from it for your business. But if you ever need any help or support,
you’ll find lots of useful documents in the Information section. That includes our price chart,
validation information and International PPA forms.

If you need help using any aspect of the Thomas Hub your consultant is always on hand.
You’ll find contact details for your local office in the Information section. What’s more, we aim to
keep our pricing perfectly transparent. That’s why the unit cost for every tool and report can be
found within your Hub on the price chart.

Settings

If you need to review or make changes to your account, or buy additional units, just visit the
Settings section (previously called Admin Utilities).You can update your contact information or
password easily. Our new dashboard layout makes requesting units, changing language options or
reviewing your purchase history easier to find.
