Guideline (tho di man jud ni guideline.

INTRODUCTION STATEMENT (OPTIONAL)

"In architecture we are so caught up in creating something new, we often forget

about what happens at the end of a building’s life cycle—the unfortunate, inevitable
demolition" **(AND THEN PAUSE)**

"We may want our buildings to be timeless and live on forever, but the harsh
reality is that they do not, so where is all the waste expected to go?"

So we incorporate the philosophy of ban to approach

•sustainable
•ecological
• Green architecture
of " I don't like waste"

(Here comes the real thing~)****

Theory 2
RECREATION CENTER

A brief background of the building: (optional to read)

Structure type/name: Recreation Centre

Place/Location: Hokkaido, Japan
Storeys: Two-storey
Height: 75.4593ft above the ground.
Area: 2448sqm

Verbatim: So before we proceed to the actual structure or building

I/We would like to introduce our goals hoping to be achieve with the approach in Green
Architure

Mission:
Our mission is to create green buildings for everyone, everywhere -
enabling people to thrive both today and tomorrow. - wgbc 2016

Vision:

To realise, create and leave a sustainable world for future generations.

Goal

To reduce, or completely avoid, depletion of critical resources like energy, water, land,
and raw materials; prevent environmental degradation caused by facilities and infrastructure
throughout their life cycle; and create built environments that are :

•livable,
•comfortable,
•safe, and
•productive.

A quick explanation of How, what and why:

HOW
So HOW do we make the building green?

•Taking an intelligent approach to energy

•Safeguarding water resource
•Minimising waste and maximising reuse
•Promoting health and wellbeing
•Keeping our environment green
•Creating resilient and flexible structures
•Connecting communities and people
and
•Considering all stages of a building's life-cycle
WHAT

how about; WHAT does it make it, to BE considered green.

Answer: BY being sustainable, or environmentally friendly.

according to The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

best describes green building as “the practice of creating healthier and
more resource-efficient models of construction, renovation, operation,
maintenance and demolition.”
WHY
and WHY????

Answer: because of today, the present! The growth and development of our
communities has a large impact on our natural environment. The manufacturing, design,
construction and operation of the buildings in which we live and work are responsible for the
consumption of many of our natural resources.
2ND PHASE OF EXPLAINING(PRESENTING)
FACTS•DETAILS ABOUT THE STRUCTURE

basically it is a building that is open to the public where meetings are held, sports

Then discuss each technology use

To sustain clean air from the surroundings and
also serves as a natural air-coolant.
