SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR A CONFERENCE WITH THE BARANGAY

BALIOK COUNCIL HEADED BY ITS CHAIRMAN RICKY

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Maratullan Barakato! Let peace and justice prevail!

This is relative to the acts of the Barangay Chairman of Barangay Baliok in

refusing to heed on my request for an audience relative to the on going
problems of their residents. I have sent him a letter request, but up to now
no respond from his end. During the follow-up, he just told the undersigned
he will not allow me to attend the session.

There was an on going project of the 8990 Housing Development

Corporation to put up a housing development project in Barangay Baliok.
There was introduction of development by fencing the entire area, cutting
of trees, demolition of houses and among other without court order.
Notwithstanding the fact, the Barangay Council did not investigate on the

absent of Barangay Resolution Interposing No Objection. Worst, He did not
want to be apprised of the real status.

Under the Doctrine of Command Responsibility, we beg your indulgence to

please call the attention of the Barangay Chairman and his council for a
conference so that the undersigned can readily discuss of the problems now
of their constitutents.
