CHAPTER V. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Section 1. Scope and delivery schedule

1. Scope of supply of Goods and Technical Services

Scope of supply of Goods consist of Hydraulic-mechanical equipment, indoor electric

equipment, control and protection equipment for project, auxiliary equipment system,
turbine inlet valve, 22kV indoor switchyard etc. including mandatory spare parts and
technical documents to ensure the normal operation of hydropower plant.

Technical Services consist of design; witness test at factory; instruction and

supervisory of installation, testing and commissioning; Training and operation
instruction, technology transfer at site.

The detailed scope is listed in price schedules of Chapter IV – Bidding forms and
described in section 2 of this chapter.

Scope of supply as above but not limit, Bidder shall design and supply adequately
all equipment and necessary services to ensure for plant after installing and
testing that normal operation with having no any supplemental cost as stipulated
in the Contract.
