 Project Achievement Highlights: Achieved zero defects on BUMCP Patient Tower as the Quality
Lead, led and managed 20 subcontractors, coordinated ADHS closeout, finished under budget and
on-schedule and the team managed the project with 10,000 RFI’s and submittals.

Banner University Medical Center Phoenix Endoscopy Expansion

 Project Achievement Highlights: Achieved Zero Defects on BUMCP Endoscopy Expansion as the
Quality Lead, executed document control including ADHS closeout documents, finished under

Mayo CB 02 AZ FWD East Fit-Out Shelled Procedure in MCB (PACU Bays / Endoscopy Rooms)

 Project Size: PACU - 1,312 Square Feet; Endoscopy - 737 Square Feet
 Project Achievement Highlights: Coordinated and led weekly OAC meetings, intern mentor, devel-
oped subcontracts and primary contracts, assisted in Scope Buyout and estimates, and managed
the P6 schedule weekly.

New Square, Chandler, AZ

 A ground up (3) story office shell building (50,505 SF), a ground up single-story retail building (8,200
SF), along with onsite and offsite improvements that includes landscaping, hardscape, parking lot,
light poles and new curb, gutter, sidewalk and a stage with artificial turf.
