5.0 PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOGRAPHS

5.1 SILENCER

We are the foremost manufacturers, designers

and suppliers of high grade industrial noise
reduction structures and equipments. Silencers
offered by us are designed as per the case
requirements that are rugged, reliable and
durable in construction and functionality. Some of
the popular tools offered under this category are
Vent Silencer, Engine Exhaust Silencer,
Compressor or Blower Silencer, Fan Intake and
Exhaust Silencer, Gas Turbine Exhaust Silencer
and HVAC Silencers.

5.2 VENT SILENCER

Vent Silencers are a combination of absorptive and reactive silencers used to reduce the
noise produced by the expansion of steam or gas from the elevated pressure level to the
atmospheric pressure level. The steam enters through the diffuser (reactive section) where
the pressure is reduced as per the requirements and process condition. Then it passes
through the annular space between the acoustic packing where the sound energy is
absorbed.

These are used to attenuate the high as well as low frequency noise level to the optimum
sound level criteria at a given space from the silencer. We offer various types of vent
silencers like Stem Vent Silencer, Air Vent Silencer, Drum Safety Valve Vent Silencer,
Super Heater Safety Valve Vent Silencer, Start-up Vent Silencer, Steam Blowing Vent

5.3 ENGINE EXHAUST SILENCER

The design of the Exhaust silencer is very similar to

that of a Vent silencer. These are used to reduce the
noise produced by the exhaust gas of the fluid used in
cooling of machinery and equipments. It is generally
offered in Circular shape. The fluid is passed through
the annular area of the acoustic packing where the
excess sound is absorbed. The outlet of the silencer
is provided with pipe so that customer can extend the
outlet pipe as desired.

5.3 COMPRESSOR / BLOWER SILENCER

The compressor or Blower type of silencers are noisy and are used to reduce the
suction noise of the Compressor / blower when air or any other medium is sucked into
the Compressor / blower. It is generally offered in circular or rectangular shape
construction. The straight flow path of the fluid through annular acoustic cylinder
ensures minimum pressure drop.

The Compressor/ Blower Silencers are available in following different types such as

5.4 FAN SILENCER

The Fan Intake silencer is used to reduce the

suction and discharge noise of the fan used in
cooling of the infrastructure and different
machines. It is an absorptive type silencer and
is very effective for high frequency noise
attenuation. Generally, these are supplied in
rectangular shape. The internal of fan silencer
is constructed with series of rectangular baffles
with aerodynamic design to offer minimum
pressure drop and effective noise reduction.

Fan Exhaust Silencers are designed with a

series of rectangular/ circular baffles consisting
of mineral wool, scrim cloth or wire mesh, used
in reducing the airborne and structural noise.
These are very effective in reducing high
frequency noise levels to the acceptable sound
frequency. These are long term noise reduction
solutions designed to perform in most
demanding situations and environments

 5.5 HVAC SILENCER

HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning)
