JOB PROFILE :

 Heading Quality Department and monitoring Quality systems from sampling

to shipment.

 Responsible for all samples which goes to buyer from the First Proto Sample
to the Final Confirmation Sample.

 Monitoring the production quality on daily basis/resolving the issues with

quick solutions.

 Evaluation of samples on pre- production stage /setting SOP before production

starts .

 Evaluation on size set before starts production.

 Working with the factory on production friendly systems to ensure free flow
of production without any technical hazards.

 Working with production team and merchandising team for smooth flow.

 Reviewing the samples before offering to buying Q.A. teams and ensuring the
all the requirements are meet.

 Doing pattern checking and garment Construction as per Buyer specifications.

Comparing and checking garments with original approved samples and also
checking the washing standards and carton audit.

 Independently, handling buyer right from sample to the bulk production and
to make sure that the same quality standards are maintained throughout the
production and dispatch of goods.

 Conducting Pre-production meeting based on approved sample and technical

detail received from the technical department.

 Setting up of production flow in the factory to monitor quality starting with

Size set followed by Pilot run, Inline, Mid Inspection Pre-final and the Final
Inspection. All based on AQL STANDARD. To ensure that at no point we
move out of requirement.

 Total responsibility conducting Pre - Final inspections.

 Conducting final inspection based on AQL levels as per customer

requirement.
