Employment Scan

Worked with a French MNC- FM India Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. from April 2015 as General Manager – HR/IR.
FM is majorly involved in Warehousing Operations, Distributions, Co-packing, line feeding, EXIM.
Has many MNC/National clients in India like – Honeywell, John Deere, Atlas Copco, Siemens, Hyva,
Armacell, Godrej, Bharti Airtel, Indus Tower etc…..

FM operates on multiple locations at PAN India Level and covers 15 states, 27 cities and more than 40 locations.
Successfully, without any local authority’s notification managed each state’s compliances w r t applicable licenses and
payroll related compliances.

Growth path:

Since April 2015 – Joined FM as AGM and promoted to General Manager – Human Resources. I was Reporting
to Managing Director India and Group HR Director at France.

 Plan, develop & implement strategy for Human Resource Management and Development. (Including
Recruitment and Selection Policy, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Reward &
Recognitions, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations and Statutory Compliances related to all Locations as
per applicable State rules).

 Establish & maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR & IR

 Liaise with other Functional / Departmental heads to understand all aspects and need of HR development and
to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose & achievements.

 Ensure activities carried out in the Organization meet and integrate with Organizational requirements for
Health, Safety and Legal policies in force.

 Maintain awareness and knowledge of HR & IR developments and provide suitable interpretation to Directors,
Managers and Staff in the Organization.

 To Plan, Implement and Manage all administrative functions like Govt. liaisoning, Legal and Statutory
obligations, Public Relations with local authorities, estate and office maintenance etc.

 Specific projects and assignments given by Directors to be completed as per their Guidelines.
Noteworthy Contributions:

 Was instrumental during Merger while FM took over and became parent company in March 2016.
 Contributed beautifully, a pivotal role during DUE DILIGENCE and successfully achieved the objectives of the
said process. Dissemination about merger was really a challenge but handled successfully by frequent visits to all
locations and explaining about New (parent) Company.

Oct 2011 – April 2015 – Joined Tema India Limited (in Oct 2011 as Senior Manager – HR & IR), a Heat
exchanger & Pressure Vessels manufacturing company, a competitor of Godrej and L & T. I was handling it’s three plants
at Bhilad(Maharashtra) near Vapi, Silvassa (UT) & Ankleshwar (Gujrat).

Promoted as AGM – HR & IR w e f April 2013.

Responsible for full spectrum of HR/IR strategies & execution thereof. HR functions includes Recruitment, Statutory
Compliance for all States, PMS activities, Reward & Recognitions, Employee Engagement and Liaisoning with Govt.
Authorities, Formulation & Implementation of HR policies.

Noteworthy Contributions:

 Successfully worked under multiple Union atmosphere and gained a strong knowledge on IR dynamics and
strategic Union Management. Handled 03 Unions- Lalbawta at Plant 1 & 2 and Patel Union at
Ankleshwar.
 Essayed a stellar role in establishing from scratch and hiring a record right Fits contributing to lower rate of
attrition.
 Successfully converted the ratio of HR functions as HR- 65%, Admin & Personnel 35% now.
 Managed & Maintained harmonious Industrial Relations including Handling Union. Also handled Lal Bavta Union
(CITU) and all such issues in respect of Permanent Workmen, Contractual labours & operating engineers
and maintained healthy relations. Actively involved in Conciliation proceedings under ID Act being in progress for
reinstatement of 83 permanent workmen & regularization of 161 contractual Labours.
 Got the opportunity to have a meeting with Labour Minister and Gardian Minister with respect to above matter
further raised by KRANTIKARI UNION.

Worked with Gabriel India, Pune as Head Personnel & legal (taking care of all Legal & Personnel Issues including
Union and Employee Relation).

Noteworthy Contributions:

Pivotal in ensuring that not even a single hour was lost due to the labour problem. Well maintained harmonious relations.
Substantial cost saving through revenue leakage identification.

Handled Mathadi Union very tactfully and completed one settlement with the Union.

Introduction of various HR tools to enhance productivity and behavioral skills.
