 Submit Daily HSE observation report.
 Inspection for unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in the assigned area and report to HSE Engineer /
Manager.
 Monitor and guide the workforce in the assigned area on general safety rules and safe work
practices.
 Safety Training & Awareness providing to the personnel as per their needs.
 Inspection of tools, tackles, Lifting gears.
 Inspection of electric tools and power cables.
 To carry out daily safety checks on use of PPE’s.
 To ensure that special Tool Box talks have been given to workers as Per Job requirements from
time to time by site engineer / supervisor.
 Ensure that Personal Protective equipment Complies with all Standards Codes and regulations as
per required by laws.
 formatting report and investigation of all near miss, incidents, or any accidents and submitting to
HSE Manager for review.
