NOTIFICATION FOR DEFFERMENT OF ADMISSION

Re: GODSGIFT JACK T.S
I wish to apply for deferment of my admission into department of Biochemistry in the
2011/2012 academic session due to circumstances beyond my control.

This decision is sequel to the fact that my ordinary level West African Senior School Certificate
Examination result was not released on time for me to complete the registration procedures as
scheduled by your University. Secondly within this same period, my source of income could not
guarantee steady stipends monthly in order to run my academic program unhindered and was
only coming in droves.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, I wish to defer my admission to the 2012/2013 academic
session in order to enable me seek financial stability which is the bedrock of any academic
pursuit.
