SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL PLAN


SY 2019-2020

I. RATIONALE:

In line with the implementation of Republic Act No. 10533, or the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, the School-Based Learning Action Cell
(LAC) Plan of Sicayab National High School is geared toward the improvement of teaching and learning process and is consistent with the procedures of
the School Based Management (SBM), and the School Improvement Plan (SIP).

The School-Based Learning Action Cell provides an opportunity for the teachers to engage in a collaborative learning sessions to identify priority
needs of the teachers & learners in all subject areas, to find applicable and doable solutions to these problems, to implement these plans of actions, and to
evaluate and monitor its implementation for progress and effectiveness.

II. OBJECTIVES:

 To enhance the teachers’ pedagogical knowledge of the K to 12 Basic Education Program


 To improve the teachers’ competence in implementing the learner-centered assessment policies of the K to 12 Curriculum
 To include learner diversity in all education processes through contextualization, localization & indigenization
 To integrate the 21st Century Skills and ICT in the instruction
