Obiaghanwa Onwigbolu, Mbaneto Sopuluchukwa, AKA Herma Kurt Philip and Judith
Balaquiao and confiscation of 2.613145 kgs. of shabu with estimated DDB Value of
Php17,089,386.00.

Their exemplary performance and dedication to duty immensely contributed in

the attainment of the mission of PNP RO5 and the whole Philippine National Police.
