OFFICE MEMORANDUM
In connection with review of report of Prime Minister's Infrastructure projects,
the target in respect of the following is required for the current year 2019-20 as well as
for the year 2020-21 :

1 NSV Survey Length of NHs for condition survey using Network Survey Vehicle
(NSV)- accounting length of projects where appointed date
declared/ PCC or CC issued/likely to be issued, projects under
O&M stage etc.

2 Road safety Length of NHs for road safety audit as per provisions of contract
Audit agreement/lRC-SP 88:2019.

3 Removal of Action has to be taken for removal of black spots (recently a list
Black Spots of 322 7 Black Spots for 17 states has been sent to all ROs).

2. The above matter has been discussed during the review meeting chaired by DG
(RD) & 55 with all Regional Officers of MoRTH through video conference on 16.12.2019.
Therefore, it is requested that target in respect of the above may be prepared in the
enclosed format (Annexure-1) for the current year 2019-20 as well as for the year 2020-
21 and the same may be submitted within one week urgently. Q -~
