Company Profile:
With its special prowess and expertise SKH Metals Limited has for three decades been manufacturing
products like Fuel Tanks, Axle Housings, Sheet Metal Welded Assemblies, Suspension Frames and
control arms.
Established in the year 1986, Mark Auto was rechristened SKH Metals in 2006 with the takeover of the management by
Krishna Group. It has since then grown from strength to strength in last 7 years along with its principal customer Maruti
Suzuki.
SKH Metals was awarded major business and thus followed MSIL in establishing a new plant in Manesar. This new
facility is spread over 4 acres. This facility was further expanded to 6 acres in 2009-10 to service the growing business of
MSIL. With MSIL’s technology foray, SKH Metals also established various technical alliances with the leading Global
Tier 1 auto component manufacturers.
The facilities represent the true philosophy of the company of adopting latest technology, infusion of higher levels of
automation to meet highest level of customer satisfaction at the same time employee motivation.

Responsibilities &Accountabilities
 Internal auditor of EHS (ISO-14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)
 Conducting Internal QMS (Product and Process) audits as per IATF 16949.
 Project handling. (power consumption reduction, scrap reduction from m/c bed, spatter reduction from
fixtures and air leakage control.)
 Implementing EHS (ISO-14001:2015)
 Prepare internal audit plan, ensure timely internal audit as per plan, prepare non conformity reports, and
check effectiveness of corrective action & timely closing of non-conformity.
 Responsible for handling Customer audit on VDA 6.3 standard or their specific requirements and
certification agency audit & decide action plan and evidences for their requirement & observation on time.
 Handling MACE audit and achieving Green vendor status and closing NC points.
 Daily Audit for process control.
 Daily reporting to management on health of quality practices and programs within the region during
Morning Meeting.
 Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS preparation.
 Responsible for Control of documents, drawings, ECN, customer standard etc.
 Verifying 5s of plant.
 Preparing Kaizen Gallery.
 Handling TPM activity under the guidance of TPM coordinator Mr. Yogesh Sharma.

Title: Spatter reduction from Fixtures. [Under Guidance of Mr. Deepak Singhal (Quality Head)]
Description: Weld spatter consists of droplets of molten metal or non-metallic material that are scattered or
splashed during the welding process.

Title: Scrap reduction from M/c Bed. [Under Guidance of Mr. Ritesh Bali(MEP consultant)]
Description: Scrap is residuals and MUDA during Piercing/trimming process which falls on M/c Bed and is
responsible for damaging bed surface and increasing operator fatigue.

Achievements:
 Won Consolation Award in Quality Circle held by Krishna Maruti Group
 Participated 3 times in Quality Circle on various themes.
 TPM CII Strong Commitment Award Successfully achieved in [Sept’19] Under Guidance of
[Mr.Yogesh Sharma(TPM Coordinator), Mr. Abdul Wadood & Tausif Khan(CII consultants)]

 Passed Senior Secondary with 67% marks in Non-Medical from KV No. 1 AFS Adampur) in (2014).
 Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 76% marks from CT Institute of technology, Jalandhar in
(2014-2018).
 Certified Internal Auditor of EMS and OHS by Qultima.
