1) Infosys Technologies Limited: - (16th October 2006 – Present)

Project: - Global Engineering-Voice Network Implementation


Client: - British Telecom, UK.
Role: End to End Delivery Manager for Global Managed Voice​ ​Phoenix
Division: Planning & Deployment.​
Project Brief:
The GMV Phoenix project introduces 21 CN compatible infrastructures into Carrier
Voice and GMV platforms. The new GMV platform comprises of Erickson AXD301’s
located across the globe.

Task handled:
▪​ ​Legacy Site Recovery: recovery of legacy hardware which is
replaced by GMV.
Site Survey & Inventory, Turn off Alarms & Data Cleanse, Arrange
De-install and De-power of the kits. Make necessary arrangements of
Custom, shipping & disposal.

▪​ ​Next Generation Contact Centre: Deploy new NGCC node at


London
Study High Level NGCC Design & deploy equipments, Purchase/ship new
equipments, Coordinate among design & commissioning team and with
Field unit.
Structured cabling of LAN devices, Routers, Power & examine the
commissioning personally at site.

▪​ ​Purchase , Inventory, Vendor & logistics :-

- Create Purchase Order (MGW, NGW etc) & track its delivery to BT ware
house.

2006)

Role: - Sr. Technical Support engineer.


As a senior member of NOC team, I was responsible for Evaluation, design,
troubleshoot, maintain and remote management of VoIP network
setup.​
The detail of various projects undertaken is as below:
Client:- Ytel Communications LLC. USA​ ​& Touchstone LLC.

¨​ ​Network Operation Centre: H.323 based VoIP network Comprising


Nextone Products.

​Configure Calling Plan, Route, VoIP protocols, Codec, VAD and other
settings.
​ Monitor call quality parameters such as ASR, ALOC and PDDs and reroute
traffic if
​necessary to improve these parameters. Troubleshoot call quality issues
and raise
​trouble tickets with concerned vendors and resolve problems. Reconcile
CDR with
Customers, Daily CDR back up. Allocate and manage ports/bandwidth for
congestion free voice traffic flow.

¨​ ​Played active role in suggesting Call Centre Solution & its


implementation for the organization. Contacting the Vendors & Giving
presentation on organization Call Centre requirement (IP PBX, Media
Server, ACD etc)

3) Crossover Network Solution Pvt ltd. Pune: - (Jan 2005


–September 2005) ​

Working as Network engineer: - ​NOC and Customer service, responsible for


VoIP Network maintenance & configuration, provisioning new service
providers and leading NOC team.
Client:- Anadigital Communication LLC.
Project Brief: -
Administration and troubleshooting of a remote VoIP Network Comprising
SM7000 (2) as Gatekeeper & Cisco​ ​3745 (2) as Gateways,
Router-Cisco7206.
Task:-
▪​ ​ Monitoring Network health using MRTG, Whats up gold, Solar
Winds.
​ The class5 Switches are configured to carry VoIP traffic to the various
destination
​countries through the available Telco gateway.
▪​ ​ Installing Audio codec format (G729/G723) and VoIP protocol
(H323/SIP).
▪​ ​ Configure dial plan, call plan, fast start, VAD, dial-peer, Active
calls history.
​Fast Start Tunneling on Cisco Gateways, Call logs, fallbacks and other
VoIP
​parameter etc.
▪​ ​ Perform periodic network maintenance during slack periods.

verification.
▪​ ​ Daily CDR Back Up. Monitor call quality parameters such as
