REGINALD PARSONS, on a day unknown between September 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, in the parish of Kingston, being a male willingly had sexual intercourse with Polly Parsons knowing
that the said Plooy Parsons is his daughter.

STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 2

INCEST contrary to section 7 (1) of the Sexual Offences Act.

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
REGINALD PARSONS, on a day unknown between September 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, other than that in count 1, in the parish of Kingston, being a male willingly had sexual intercourse with
Polly Parsons knowing that the said Plooy Parsons is his daughter.

BURGLARY contrary to section 39 (1) of the Larceny Act.

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, in the night of the 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, broke and entered the dwelling house of MARY REST with intent to
commit a felony therein.

STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 2

ILLEGAL POSSSESSION OF FIREARM contrary to section 20 (1) (b) of the Firearms Act.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, on 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, unlawfully had in their possession a firearm not under and in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the Firearms User’s Licence.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 3

ILLEGAL POSSSESSION OF AMMUNITION contrary to section 20 (1) (b) of the Firearms Act.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, on 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, unlawfully had in their possession ammunition not under and in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the Firearms User’s Licence.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 4
Assault contrary to Common Law

SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, on 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, assaulted Mary Rest.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 5

ROBBERY WITH AGGRAVATION contrary to section 37 (1) (a) of the Larceny Act.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, on the on 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, being together and armed with a Firearm robbed Mary Rest of Jewellery and
Cash.
STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 6
Assault contrary to Common Law
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, on 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, assaulted Stern Boarded.

STATEMENT OF OFFENCE- Count 7

WOUNDING WITH INTENT contrary to section 20 of the Offences Against the Persons Act.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
SLEIGHT SHOOTAH AND SLIM THEIF, on the on 5th day of August 2017, in the parish of Kingston, did wound STERN BOARDER with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
