MAXFLOC® T
“CATIONIC POLYELECTROLYTE”

 DESCRIPTION
 Maxfloc® T is a liquid cationic polyelectrolyte. It is a medium molar mass, high
charge density polymer.

 Maxfloc® T is non-toxic and approved for potable water clarification.

 Maxfloc® T is also effective in oil water separation.

  APPLICATION & DOSAGE
Dissolve 1 ml of Maxfloc® T (as supplied) in one liter of
distilled water; stir well to ensure homogeneous solution.
This yields standard solution, 1 ml of this standard
solution when added to 1 liter of water sample under
study provides 1 ppm concentration/dose of Maxfloc® T.
For plant purpose 1% concentration of Maxfloc® T is
recommended. It is added in high turbulence areas in the
plant to ensure high mixing energy and better contact of
coagulant with the impurities in water. It is recommended
to use plastic or rubber lined containers equipped with
stirrer and metering pump.

 HANDLING AND SAFETY

Maxfloc® T is non-hazardous, non-toxic & non-irritating
liquid polymer. However caution must be exercised in
storing and handling the chemical. Use gloves and goggles
while handling the product. In case of eye contact, flush
with plenty of water. Product should be stored in shade at
ambient temperature and away from direct sunlight.

 PACKING
Maxfloc® T is available in 50 kg carboys.
