 STRUCTURE: RCC framed structure with 16mm Re-bars in columns 12 to 13

numbers.(TMT STEEL MAKE: Dhanalakshmi / Jairaj Steel)

 SUPER STRUCTURE: Good quality red brick for external and internal walls,
external walls and internal walls 4 ½ inches.

 FINISHING: Plastering to ceiling and walls in cement mortar for Ground and first
floor.

 DOOR & WINDOWS: Main door frame diamond teak wood with moulding door of
25mm thickness with necessary standard fittings. Internal doors will be teakwood
frame with moulding doors. And all windows frames will be teak wood and salwood
shutters with glass.

 FLOORING: Tandur stone tiles in all rooms. Toilets antiskid ceramic tiles.

 FALSE CEILING: Gypsum false ceiling only in ground floor drawing room.

 CLADDING/DADOING: Glazed ceramic tiles cladding upto 5 feet height from FFL
in all toilets. Glazed ceramic tiles cladding up to 3 feet height from platform in
kitchen. (Digital tiles size (10”x15”) rate upto 200/- per box).

 PAINTING: Birla wall care putty of 2 (two) coats with 1(one) coat primer & 2 (two)
coats of Asian paint only at ground floor drawing room and Hall area. And other
rooms of Ground and First floor not included birla putty.

 WATER SUPPLY & DRAINAGE SYSTEM: CPVC pipes for water supply internal
& external in shafts (make : Ashirvad /Sudhakar). And PVC pipes for sewer lines for
inernal & external in shafts. (Make: Ashirvad/Sudhakar).

 ELECTRICAL WORKS: Power points wherever necessary and moreover, power

points for air conditioners in all bedrooms, power points for refrigerators and cooking
appliances in kitchen, power points for geysers in all bathrooms.
(Wiring finelox Gemini FR 1 sudhakar PVC modular fitting, standard fittings). `

 KITCHEN: Brown Granite stone platform, provided with stainless steel sink with
drain board.

1. Any extra items required extra charges will be applicable.

2. Ground & First Floor Slab thickness size 41/2 inches.
3. Parapet wall 3 feet only.
4. Slab construct with readymix.
5. Sump size (6’x 6’) depth only 5feet. And sump wall size 4”.
6. Window Aluminium or Teak wood frame only.
7. Doors hardware brown coating.
