System Settings
OVERVIEW
Tender Wizard is an exclusive, most vibrant end to end solution for buying / selling of the
products and services through the tendering process. It supports A - Z activities of tendering
based on the proactive work flow concept. Fine details of tendering like vendor registration,
tender announcement and corrigendum, tender form processing, opening, negotiation and
tender awarding are supported in the real time interactive environment. Tender Wizard
creates a true dynamic market place for both buyers and vendors to interact with each
other and transact the business.

PURPOSE
The main objective of developing the TENDERWIZARD is to automate the departments of
Governments. The key objectives of this exchange are Reduced Inventory, consistency in
costs across all departments, consistent and sustainable Vendor Development, transactional
effectiveness, procurement lead time reduction, transparency etc.

AUDIENCE
This product is extensively used by the Government officials and contractors to enhance the
transparency in the day to day tendering activities of the Government offices as well as in
the contractor community.

 PREREQUISITES AT USER SIDE:

A. System configuration (minimum):

Minimum P-IV Processor System, 40 GB HDD or above recommended, 512MB RAM
and above.
Internet Connection – Minimum of 512 Kbps Broadband connection

B. System Software’s:
OS: Windows XP and above.

Browser

 Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9,10 & 11

 Mozilla Firefox (51 and below only)
 Google Chrome (below 44 versions)

Microsoft Office 2003 with MS Word and MS Excel

Utilities: Java Runtime Environment - Java JRE 6 and above, Win-Zip, Win-Rar, Adobe
Acrobat Reader, PKI Installation Driver for Digital Signature

 SETTING REQUIRED IN SYSTEM:

How to delete temporary file from system

Delete the temporary file from the system as displayed below.

Click on the window icon. Type “%temp% “in search box, then click “Enter” key from the
keyboard, then next page will appear as below.

For deleting the temporary file, click on “yes”

 CONTROL PANEL SETTING:

Click on window icon for Control panel as displayed below.

In Control panel, there are two sections in which the following changes has to be done.
1. In section Clock, Language and Region, user has to select the Region and Language as
“English(United States)” as in bellow screen.

Program: After clicking on Program, the user has to click on the java icon as shown in
bellow screen.

After clicking on java icon, java control panel will appear. As per below screens we have to
do the settings.

Click on Advance tab and check the entire tab as in below screen. After checking click on
apply.

Click on security tab and select level as medium or check as High as in below
screens.

Click on Edit site list and add respective sites URL- and click OK.

SETTING REQUIRED IN INTERNET EXPLORER:

In internet explorer there are three sections of settings:

1. Manage Add-ons.
2. Compatibility View Settings.
3. Internet options.

Settings in Manage Add-one:

In Manage Add-ons, user has to check whether java is Enabled or not, if not then user has to
enable the java and then user has to verify the java in IE with typing the URL as
java.com/verify in search section of IE. Screens are below.

After entering the URL as java.com/verify click the enter key on keyboard, below screen will
appear.

After clicking on Agree and continue below screen will appear and that means all the setting
has been done in correct way.

Setting in Compatibility View Setting

In Compatibility view setting, user has to add the site as displayed below.

Setting in Internet option

In option called “Internet Options”, under security tab the user has to select the “Trusted
sites” and click on site to add the URL as https://www.tenderwizard.com and
http://www.tenderwizard.com . As shown in below screens.

After clicking on site, one pop will appear as shown in the below screen to add the site.

Now login to the Tenderwizard website.
